7 Vegan Smoothie Recipes to Try This Week

Do you ever get stuck in a smoothie rut? Iā€™ve been stuck in one lately, and Iā€™ve been making the same ā€˜ole smoothie for a couple of weeks. So here are some new vegan smoothie recipes that are worth trying this week to break up the monotony!

    Pina Colada Green Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar-Free

If you like piƱa coladaā€™s and getting caught in theā€¦ then you will love this smoothie. It tastes just like piƱa colada, and itā€™s healthy. I wouldnā€™t mind hanging out with one of these on the beach.

Vegan & Gluten Free Vanilla Oat Protein Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten Free (if you use gluten-free oats), Dairy Free, Sugar-Free

This vanilla oat protein smoothie will have your belly feeling full and happy all morning (or afternoon) long. Equally important, Iā€™m going to soak my gluten-free oats first by adding water to them the night before and letting them sit overnight; this helps with digestion and making sure that you get all the nutrients.

    Banana Mango Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar-Free

Granted, Iā€™m bananas about bananas! Putting them into smoothies is a great way to avoid having to add any other sweeteners. I usually eat two bananas a day. I was probably a monkey in past life. This vegan smoothie recipe is super simple, especially because itā€™s only five ingredients.

    Green Goddess Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar-Free, Nut Free

Of course, who doesnā€™t want to be a goddess? This one sounds so refreshing for those hot summer days. Iā€™ll probably sub the matcha powder for green tea because its what I already have on hand. I love the avocado addition. It adds good fats (which makes you feel pleasantly full), and it makes smoothies smooth and creamy. Nom nom.

Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar-Free, Nut Free

Yaaasss another five ingredient smoothie! I love that this one has loads of vitamin C courtesy of the berries, kiwi, and orange juice. Of course, any smoothie with berries is likely going to be amazing. Regardless, I love this one!
