This vanilla oat protein smoothie will have your belly feeling full and happy all morning (or afternoon) long. Equally important, Iām going to soak my gluten-free oats first by adding water to them the night before and letting them sit overnight; this helps with digestion and making sure that you get all the nutrients.

Of course, who doesnāt want to be a goddess? This one sounds so refreshing for those hot summer days. Iāll probably sub the matcha powder for green tea because its what I already have on hand. I love the avocado addition. It adds good fats (which makes you feel pleasantly full), and it makes smoothies smooth and creamy. Nom nom.
